While imports and exports via land and sea are cheaper, air freight is better for time-sensitive business. This mode of freight can be days, if not weeks faster than shipments.
Air freight requires a height limit of 160cm but offers a full range of pallet sizes including oversized pallets. Iberia Impex accepts both pallets and parcels for air freight.
The vast majority of our air freight services come with customs clearance in the destination country included. When your parcel arrives in it’s destined country if requested we can notify you, the client and we will safety transfer it straight to land freight to continue it’s journey to the recipient.
Less packaging will be required for air freight than land or sea freight and your insurance quote will be cheaper due to shorter transit times.

To use air freight for imports and exports, you will need a commercial invoice containing HS/commodity codes which our customer service team can assist with.
If you are shipping personal effects, you will need a proforma invoice which our customer service team will provide and a packing list. Three copies of the Invoice are required to be attached to the pallet.
Please be advised that depending on the destination country and the nature of the goods, specific documentation may be required but our customer service team will request these off you when arranging your import or export with you.
